Manejo presupuestal de los recursos que administra la ADRES. Los recursos que administra la ADRES se ejecutarán conforme al presupuesto aprobado por el CONFIS y la desagregación se realizará de acuerdo con los parámetros que defina la Junta Directiva de la Administradora.

Cuando se requiera comprometer recursos de más de una vigencia fiscal se aplicarán las disposiciones sobre vigencias futuras definidas para las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado del orden nacional.
