Para el control de las incompatibilidades establecidas por el artículo 5º. de la Ley 155 de 1959, las empresas industriales y comerciales sujetas a la intervención del Estado deberán presentar anualmente a la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica la relación de los integrantes de sus juntas directivas y de los funcionarios encargados de su representación, dirección y administración.
