Article 7

º Para Fines De Seguimiento Y Evaluación, La Asistencia A Clase Será Registrada En Forma Escrita

Decreto 1469 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 8º del Decreto-ley 0088 de 1976 sobre promoción automática para el nivel de educación básica primaria.

º Para fines de seguimiento y evaluación, la asistencia a clase será registrada en forma escrita. En caso de que el alumno acumule el 20%, o más de fallas no Justificadas con respecto al número de horas clase realizadas, no se considerará cursado el grado respectivo.

Parágrafo

La promoción de alumnos que acumulen más del 20% de fallas plenamente justificadas por razones de fuerza mayor, quedará a Juicio del Comité de Evaluación. Este comité será objeto de posterior reglamentación por parte del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
