Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de su promulgación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en particular los Decretos 4760 de 2005, 3391 de 2006, 2898 de 2006, 4417 de 2006, 3460 de 2007, 423 de 2007, 551 de 2007, 176 de 2008, 880 de 2008, 1364 de 2008, 614 de 2009 y 299 de 2010.
