Si dentro de los quince días siguientes a la oferta, las entidades públicas no manifestaren interés en aceptarla, la misma se formulará, a los demás accionistas privados. Si no hubiere otros accionistas privados o los existentes no quisieran adquirir las acciones, éstas se podrán enajenar libremente.
