CON BONOS DE FINANCIAMIENTO PRESUPUESTAL, BONOS DE FINANCIAMIENTO ESPECIAL Y BONOS PARA LA PAZ. Los Bonos de Financiamiento Presupuestal y los Bonos de Financiamiento Especial, se amortizarán a su vencimiento por el ciento treinta por ciento (130%) de su valor nominal y sólo podrán ser utilizados para el pago de impuestos. Los Bonos para la Paz a su vencimiento sólo podrán ser utilizados para el pago de impuestos nacionales.
