Liquidación de Contratos. Los contratos que con ocasión de la liquidación se terminen, se cedan o traspasen, deberán liquidarse previamente, de conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley 80 de 1993, a más tardar en la fecha prevista para la terminación del proceso liquidatorio.
