Articulo 7º . Control de calidad . El Ministerio de Salud reglamentara lo relacionado con el control de calidad del alcohol y de bebidas alcohólicas que se realice directamente por el laboratorio de las fábricas como por laboratorios contratados. Las fábricas que no posean sección de control de calidad dentro de sus instalaciones deberán demostrar la existencia de mecanismos mínimos y periódicos de control de calidad.
