ENTIDADES DESCENTRALIZADAS. Las entidades descentralizadas Intendenciales o Comisariales se someten a las normas que contenga la ley y a las disposiciones que, dentro de sus respectivas competencias, expidan los Consejos Intendenciales o Comisariales y demás autoridades seccionales, en lo atinente a su definición, características, organización, funcionamiento, régimen jurídico de sus actos, inhabilidades, incompatibilidades y responsabilidades de sus juntas directivas, de los miembros de éstas y de sus representantes legales.
