El Tesorero General que fuere nombrado, prestará, al encargarse de su destino, una fianza hipotecaria de $ 4.000, á satisfacción de la Junta Directiva, y rendirá cuentas mensuales y una general cada año en los primeros días de enero siguiente, la cual será examinada y aprobada en plena Junta. El resultado de este examen será publicado en el Diario Oficial .
