De la entrega de la zona cedida se levantará un acta que será firmada por el Gobernador del Departamento del Valle del Cauca, funcionario que deberá presenciar, en nombre de la Nación, la diligencia de entrega por el ingeniero Jefe del Ferrocarril del Pacifico y por el Ordinario de la Diócesis de Cali.
