°. DE LA TUTELA SOBRE LAS SOCIEDADES . En los estatutos de las sociedades a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, deberá precisarse su pertenencia a los órdenes nacional, departamental o municipal según la naturaleza y ámbito de los servicios y actividades que se les encomienden, la proporción de las participaciones y la intención de los creadores. Si se calificaren como del orden nacional, se señalarán el sector administrativo al cual pertenecen teniendo en cuenta su objeto social y los mecanismos necesarios para controlar sus actividades y asegurar la coordinación de éstas con la política general del Gobierno.
