Las instituciones autorizadas como Bancos de Componentes Anatómicos y Centros de Trasplantes que participen de un proceso de extracción o trasplante contraviniendo la presente ley y las normas previstas en la Ley 73 de 1988 , serán sancionadas con la clausura total y definitiva del establecimiento.
