Apruébase el siguiente Decreto: Decreto número 13 (abril 18), sobre liquidación del Presupuesto de gastos de la Comisaría Especial de La Goajira, en la vigencia fiscal de ,1º de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1922. El Comisario Espacial de La Goajira, en uso de sus facultades legales decreta:
