Art. 3.° La facultad que por esta Ley se concede al Poder Ejecutivo podrá éste delegarla al Gobernador del Departamento de Boyacá á fin de que incluya en el contrato ó contratos respectivos el camino llamado de " La Vega," destinado á esta parte las sumas apropiadas al efecto por la Asamblea de dicho Departamento en sus sesiones del año en curso.
