°. Constitución de Reservas Técnicas . Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud del Régimen Contributivo y Entidades Adaptadas, tienen la obligación de calcular, constituir y mantener reservas técnicas, de conformidad con las reglas establecidas en el presente decreto. Las reservas técnicas son cuentas del pasivo, se constituyen a través del gasto, de acuerdo con las normas contables y disminuyen las utilidades del ejercicio.
