El Superintendente de Transporte mediante Resolución distribuirá los cargos y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio de la entidad. Quienes ocupen los empleos suprimidos, serán incorporados en los cargos equivalentes, creados en el presente decreto.
