El presupuesto de que trata el artículo anterior será formado en los primeros quince días siguientes a la instalación de la Junta, y se remitirá sin demora al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio para la revisión y aprobación ejecutivas. El primer presupuesto se hará para los meses que restan de 1915, y en lo sucesivo se harán para un año.
