Desde la sanción de la presente Ley quedan prohibidos la fabricación, el expendio, el transporte y el consumo de bebidas fermentadas que contengan ptomainas, La Direcciones Nacionales, Departamentales y Municipales de Higiene vigilaran la fabricación de tales bebidas fermentadas, y por la Policía se harán efectivas las sanciones que establezca la primera de dichas entidades.
