Destínase la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) anuales para los gastos de publicaciones y propaganda antituberculosa y antialcohólica de acuerdo con los que disponga la Dirección Nacional de Higiene, y con la aprobación del Ministerio respectivo. Esta suma se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la vigencia correspondiente.
