Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 2.35.1.5.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "2. Cuando se realicen operaciones entre entidades sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y agentes del exterior o residentes con productos estructurados sobre divisas, el registro se entenderá efectuado con: i) el registro efectuado en desarrollo de la reglamentación de carácter general expedida por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República y ii) la conservación de la información señalada en el artículo 2.35.1.5.2 del presente decreto.”
