Decreto 1048 de 2024 · por medio del cual se adiciona el Capítulo 7, al Título 2, Parte 3 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1081 de 2015, se reconocen las Áreas Especiales de Reincorporación Colectiva, y se dictan otras disposiciones, relacionadas con la consolidación de los Espacios Territoriales de Capacitación y Reincorporación (ETCR).
