El Departamento Nacional de Provisiones enviará directamente los pliegos de licitación a los Cónsules Generales citados, a fin de que éstos los distribuyan entre los funcionarios del Cuerpo Consular que consideren más indicados, de acuerdo con el género de artículos a que se refiera la licitación. Los agentes de compras , darán a los pliegos de cargos la conveniente publicidad,: y expedirán a los postores recibos-por sus propuestas.
