Art. 1.° Desde que el presente Decreto llegue á conocimiento de cada uno de los respectivos Administradores de las Aduanas de la República, se cobrará en estas Oficinas, sobre todos los artículos de importación gravados conforme á las leyes y tarifas vigentes, un impuesto doble del que actualmente pagan.
