º . De conformidad con el artículo 5º de la Ley 1006 de 2006, el Colegio Colombiano del Administrador Público expedirá la tarjeta profesional de Administrador Público en todo el territorio Nacional.

Parágrafo

El Colegio Colombiano del Administrador Público expedirá las tarjetas profesionales de Administrador Público que se encontraban en trámite a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1006 de 2006.
