Cuando en los archivos del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad DAS, se registren impedimentos de salidas del país decretados por autoridades competentes, de conformidad con las facultades legales y constitucionales, los afectados con tal determinación podrán presentar las respectivas certificaciones en que conste que dichos impedimentos han cesado o se han subsanado, o en su defecto la respectiva autorización para salir del país, expedidos por la correspondiente autoridad.
