Cuando por cualquier circunstancia algún pliego o registro necesario por el escrutinio no estuviere a disposición de los miembros de la comisión escrutadora, éstos deberán solicitarlo al funcionario o Corporación que lo haya recibido, el cual será remitido sin demora.
