ARTICULO 4o . Prohibición de Iniciar Nuevas Actividades. - La empresa SERVICIO NAVIERO ARMADA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA "SENARC" en liquidación no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto, y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos y celebrar los contratos conducentes a la liquidación.
