Reconocerse a favor del señor Carlos J. Gaviria y su cargo del Fisco Nacional la suma de mil cuatrocientos cuarenta y seis pesos cuarenta y ocho centavos ($1.446.48) por honorarios que le corresponden en virtud de gestiones de cobro verificadas por dicho señor Gaviria de acuerdo con el contrato de 5 de enero de 1923, celebrado con el Superintendente de Impuestos Nacionales y aprobado por el Gobierno Ejecutivo.
