Cuando un instrumento pagadero al portador sea endosado especialmente, puede, sin embargo, ser negociado después por entrega; pero la persona que lo haya endosado especialmente es obligada como endosante únicamente respecto de aquellos tomadores cuyo título provenga de su endoso.
