Dentro de los dos días siguientes a aquel en que quede ejecutoriado el auto de apertura a prueba, las partes podrán pedir la práctica de las pruebas que consideren necesarias; el juez ordenará inmediatamente que se practiquen, para lo cual fijará un término hasta treinta días, más el de la distancia si fuere el caso.
