Art. 359. El que establece de alguna queja o de alguna denuncia de la clase a la que se refiere la sección unión de título x, libro tercero del código, deberá acompañarla prueba siquiera sumaria de su relato, en caso contrario o si tal prueba no costare por otro medio cualquiera la investigación quedara en suspenso.
