Art. 229. Si un delito comenzare á perpetrarse en un Distrito municipal, ó Circuito, ó Distrito judicial, y se consumare en otro; ó si por ser crónico ó continuado se cometiere en diferentes lugares; ó se dudare en cuál de éstos se hubiere cometido, conocerán respectivamente, á prevención, los Jueces de todos ellos, y prevendrá el que primero instruya ó reciba el sumario.
