De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 173 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, los bienes de capital y repuestos importados en desarrollo de lo previsto en el literal c) de dicho artículo, gozarán de las exenciones estipuladas en el artículo 172 del mencionado Decreto-ley. En concordancia con lo anterior, dichos bienes de capital y repuestos estarán exentos de depósito previo, licencia de importación, gravámenes arancelarios y demás impuestos o contribuciones que se perciban con motivo de la importación.
