Limítese a diez años la duración máxima de toda cláusula de exclusividad.

Cuando durante la vigencia del contrato con cláusula de exclusividad, se pacten otros contratos análogos entre las mismas partes y sobre el mismo género de bienes o servicios, las cláusulas de exclusividad contenidas en los nuevos contratos terminarán en la fecha de expiración de la inicialmente pactada.
