Las pensiones de los beneficiarios de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares fallecidos en goce de sueldo de retiro con anterioridad a la vigencia de las Leyes 2ª de 1945 y 100 de 1946, se reajustarán en todo tiempo con base en las asignaciones y porcentajes vigentes para los mismos grados de los Oficiales y suboficiales en actividad.
