ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.12 . AUTORIZACION PARA LA APERTURA DE SECCIONES DE AHORROS. El Superintendente Bancario, una vez establezca el cumplimiento de las normas de solvencia vigentes, concederá a los establecimientos bancarios que lo soliciten, autorización para abrir y mantener secciones de ahorros.
