Art. 9.° La enseñanza primaria que se dé a los individuos de tropa conforme al decreto citado, al 158 de 25 de noviembre de 1878, i 372 de 1.° de setiembre de 1874, continuará a cargo de profesores nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo, asimilados a Tenientes para la cuantía del sueldo que debe gozar, i que estarán igualmente bajo la inspeccion del Estado Mayor jeneral o de los Divisionarios en su caso.
