A partir de la sanción de la presente Ley, el Ministerio de Salud Pública se abstendrá definitivamente de admitir nuevas solicitudes de licencia. En consecuencia, procederá a devolver a los interesados las que fueren presentadas, mediante comunicación que proferirá la Oficina del Grupo de Profesiones Médicas y Auxiliares del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
