Desde la sanción de la presente Ley las pensiones de jubilación o por tiempo de servicios de los miembros del Poder Judicial las decretara la Sala de Negocios Generales de la Corte Suprema de Justicia desde que se causaren, en única instancia, de acuerdo con el Artículo 7º de la Ley 29 de 1905 .
