Empresas transportadoras . Las operaciones de tránsito aduanero se realizarán únicamente en los vehículos de empresas inscritas y autorizadas previamente por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN). Excepcionalmente, la Aduana podrá autorizar el tránsito en vehículos pertenecientes a los declarantes, para lo cual se requiere la constitución de una garantía específica.
