° El pié de fuerza para el próximo año económico será en tiempo de paz, hasta de dos mil quinientos ochenta i cinco hombres, inclusive la correspondiente oficialidad.

Parágrafo

Esta fuerza se organizará de conformidad con las disposiciones vijentes en la materia, i se situará donde el Poder Ejecutivo lo juzgue conveniente, dando oportuno aviso al Gobierno del Estado a cuyo territorio se envíen tropas federales.
