amends ley 1725/14

Modifíquese el parágrafo del artículo 5 ° de la Ley 1725 de 2014, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

En ningún caso podrán gravarse con la estampilla los actos, contratos o negocios jurídicos suscritos entre particulares, así como los que representen derechos laborales. Adicionalmente un mismo contrato podrá gravarse máximo con tres estampillas indistintamente del nivel territorial del tributo. De resultar aplicables varias estampillas, se preferirá la estampilla Prodesarrollo Instituto Tecnológico del Putumayo (ITP).
