Art. 2.° De la suma emitidad para el cambio, se dará cuenta minuciosa y exacta á la Junta Depositaria, y la suma cambiada en billetes deteriorados será incinerada en presencia de ambas Juntas y en el lugar que ellas determinen, todo de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 5.° del Decreto número 217 del presente año (18 de Febrero), antes citado. Publíquese.
