Certificado de trabajo . En todo caso de terminación de una relación de trabajo con la administración pública nacional, la entidad respectiva, al comunicarla al empleado oficial, deberá entregarle un certificado en papel común y por duplicado en el que conste el tiempo de servicios, los salarios completos y primas devengados y los descuentos que se les hayan hecho con destino a las entidades de previsión social. Este certificado es idóneo para cualquier reclamo de carácter social.
