La Dirección Nacional de Higiene podrá prohibir la venta de sustancias químicas para uso medicinal y especialidades farmacéuticas que requieran prescripción médica, en sitios distintos de farmacias y droguerías legalmente establecidas, en aquellos lugares en donde haya más de una botica. En los demás, la misma Dirección reglamentará la venta de las referidas sustancias químicas y especialidades.
