Cuando quiera que se presenten modificaciones sustanciales al proyecto propuesto para obtener autorización sanitaria de instalación o provisional de funcionamiento parte aire , o existan variaciones que impliquen cambios en la información suministrada, se deberá dar aviso inmediato y por escrito al Ministerio de Salud o a la entidad en quien éste delegue, anexando la información pertinente incluyendo planos y diagramas, cuando sea del caso.
