° La Junta designará un Tesoro para el manejo o inversión de los fondos del auxilio, que podrá ser el Tesorero del Municipio, quien deberá otorgar fianza a satisfacción de la Contraloría General de la República, por la cuantía que le señale esta entidad, y le rendirá cuentas de su manejo, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia o de las que para este caso dicte especialmente.
