º Quince días después de que el Ministerio de Gobierno haya señalado el monto de la caución, se vencerá el plazo para constituirla, pero podrá ampliarse si existiere justa causa. Fuera de la capital de la República este plazo comenzará a contarse desde del momento en que la primera autoridad política del lugar haya comunicado director del periódico la resolución del Ministerio.
