En cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 14 de la Ley 1527 de 2012, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público administrará el Registro Único Nacional de Entidades Operadoras de Libranza o descuento directo-Runeol-, y será el único medio para dar publicidad al código asignado a la entidad operadora de libranza.
